## Job description

### 招聘支持
- 负责各招聘渠道的职位发布、简历筛选及电话邀约，安排面试流程，维护人才库。

### 员工关系
- 办理员工入离职、转正、调动等手续，管理人事档案及劳动合同，确保信息准确。

### 薪酬福利
- 协助核算员工考勤、处理社保公积金增减员及基数申报，解答基础薪酬福利咨询。

### 培训与绩效
- 协助组织新员工培训及部门内训，收集并整理绩效考核数据，跟进评估反馈。

### 企业文化
- 策划并执行员工关怀活动，撰写内部通知或宣传文案，提升团队凝聚力。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源、工商管理等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
