- 院士团队对接，院士引进及相关程序办理；
- 院士工作站日常运营及年度绩效平价工作组织；
- 组织院士讲座、院士团队创新活动；
- 院士团队项目合作促进及项目合作管理。
- 全日制本科毕业，管理及经济专业毕业优先；
- 具有平台筹建或管理经验优先；
- 熟悉高校的日常运作机制，有一定良好基础。
