## Job description

在部门的发展规划指导下，落实发动机、变速箱产品匹配整车的项目集管理、项目计划管理与推进、项目车辆生产需求资源管理及其它计划、组织、协调和执行、监控工作，并负责与整车开展全面对接工作； 1、负责3～5个整车项目管理工作，对项目的进展有监督、管理的权利、对项目上的重大问题根据流程有向对应人员汇报、请示的权利； 2、有对项目管理制度、管理流程以及标准格式不规范的问题提出修改的建议权

### 教育与专业
- 本科以上学历；车辆工程、动力工程、工业工程、管理等专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科5年；

### 职业素养要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，工作积极主动，有很强的事业心、责任心和创新精神，服从领导，坚持原则；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 组织协调、工作创新、协调领导能力强；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无影响工作的疾病或传染性疾病。
