## Job description

### 主要负责
- 负责新项目安全约束系统相关零部件的开发、设计、降本等工作；

### 次要负责
- 协助主任师负责新项目的开发，新技术的引入等工作；在产维护，技术升级，成本优化等工作；

### 辅助协调
- 负责安全约束系统相关能力提升等工作。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；汽车、座椅、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 工作经验本科≥5年，硕士≥3年；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车安全系统及相关零部件（方向盘、安全气囊、控制器）的功能、结构，及其制造工艺，相关法规，熟悉项目管理；熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论知识；

### 能力要求
- 向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观。
