## Job description
- 负责新型混合动力构型研究与集成匹配
- 负责混合动力系统技术规划
- 负责混合动力系统核心零部件新技术研究
- 负责混合动力系统技术项目立项与管理
- 负责混合动力系统实验室建设
- 负责混合动力流程体系建设
- 负责混合动力能力建设 研究生及以上学历，10年以上混合动力产品开发工作经验；对混合动力系统原理、发动机、变速箱、电机、电机控制器和控制系统等相关专业非常熟悉，能够提出新型混合动力系统构型，能够进行系统集成匹配，对混合动力汽车市场非常了解，对混合动力技术发展趋势非常清楚。同时具备较好的沟通协调能力，具备一定的项目管理经验。
