## Job description
- 负责计量管理体系建立维护及体系内部监督审核工作；
- 负责组织编制院年度计量管理经营计划，分解部门测量管理体系各项指标并过程监控；
- 负责组织新增测量设备计量确认、计量管理转移，测量设备巡检、周期性校准等管理工作；
- 负责组织识别重点测量人员及培训需求并组织能力提升管理；
- 负责组织开展新车型测量过程检查并推动问题整改；
- 负责组织配合公司计量主管部门开展内外部审核工作；
- 负责测量管理中不合格（体系、过程、设备）的处置与改进管理工作。

### 教育与专业
- 机械及汽车、质量管理相关专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科5年以上汽车工艺行业相关经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 具有良好的协调能力，良好的执行力和推动力，工作积极主动；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉测量体系相关知识优先；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康
