## Job description

职位描述
- 负责高阶自动驾驶功能决策规划算法设计开发和实车调试；
- 负责适配上下游及周边模块的软件接口以及系统集成开发调试工作；
- 负责端到端模型和后处理相关的开发和实车调试工作；
- 负责前沿自动驾驶决策规划技术预研以及算法的工程化落地； 职位要求
- 计算机、自动化、车辆工程和机器人相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
- 代码能力强，熟悉C++/Python， 具有良好的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉Linux开发环境，对Cmake， GDB等开发调试工具具备应用经验；
- 有无图、城市NOA等相关量产经验者优先；

### 精通国内外主流决策规划算法原理以及框架，精通以下一种或者多种
- 推演决策，MCTS， iLQR/DDP， Neural Planner， 对算法在应用层面的问题有深入的理解和经验；
- 有端到端规控相关量产经验，熟悉深度学习、模仿学习和强化学习，有端到端后处理经验者优先；
- 优秀的自我驱动能力，责任心和技术视野；良好的团队协作和沟通能力，用于突破关键开发技术；
