## Job description
- 负责海外工厂月度、年度业务计划编制及跟踪执行情况；
- 负责海外工厂经营指标一体化管理；
- 负责海外工厂经营指标与后台主控部门的联动；
- 负责海外工厂经营指标定义和统计范围的标准化；

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，工商管理、公共管理、经济学、人力资源管理或相关领域。

### 工作经验要求
- 有合资主机厂3年以上工作经验，海外工作优先，拥有相关行业或职能领域的管理经验，能够处理跨部门协调和复杂项目

### 职业素养要求
- 具有团队协作意识，良好的人际交往及协调能力

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具有良好沟通、协调能力

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；
