## Job description
- 负责机械布置相关节点交付物的校对、审核工作；
- 协助科室经理建立与机械布置集成设计相适应的中长期能力规划；
- 组织编制和完善机械布置方向管理技术标准、设计指南和流程； 3、负责组织部门内部总布置技术方案讨论、评审技术文件；并负责指导和协调资源支持总布置工作的开展工作；
- 负责产品开发过程中、生产或售后出现的重大技术问题或质量问题，组织或配合进行技术分析，整改方案实施、评审、效果跟踪及部门间协调工作。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械相关专业，本科；

### 工作经验要求
- 8年以上总布置相关工作经验，熟悉汽车开发、平台开发、总布置开发流程；

### 职业素养要求
- 诚实正直，态度端正、成就导向、概念思维、培养他人、技术管理；

### 条件要求
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的协调沟通和决策管理能力，英语水平优秀者优先。
