## Job description
- 负责工厂质量数据收集、分析和管理，对接外部单位对工厂质量评价；具备较强的质量问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位问题根源并提出有效的改进措施，了解8D问题解决法、5Why分析等质量工具，熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；
- 负责工厂质量模块工作策划，质量活动组织开展；
- 负责工厂质量专题会议组织、汇报；定期组织内外部单位的质量总结和汇报，开展业务检查和跟踪工作；
- 负责质量指标跟踪、分析和管理；对接外部单位进行达成确认和异常分析。"

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计、材料学、自动化等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上

### 职业素养要求
- 具备较强的质量问题分析和解决能力
