## Job description
- 负责规范KD件索赔、质量改进及协助质保部进行海外质量监控工作；
- 负责接收、处理KD件索赔单、质量报告，定期分析索赔数据、跟踪、反馈相关问题；
- 负责KD质量问题（KD工厂内部发生的）的收集、协调处理以及结果反馈；
- 负责索赔费用的分解和向公司相关部门追回；
- 负责海外KD件索赔标准的建立（KD件返工标准结算工时定额、零件索赔、动力总成索赔等）；
- 负责接收来自各部门的产品变更信息（变更评估表、P/B/D更改通知、生产线切换通知）。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机械及相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司的质量方针、质量目标、公司宗旨和企业文化；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉有关生产工艺、质量管理流程，熟悉财务管理理论知识、物流管理和管理学等系统知识；了解ERP/SAP/ILS系统在生产过程中的应用，能熟练运用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；熟悉辅助材料、机物料等材料的采购供应情况；

- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；
