## Job description
- 负责整车性能开发管理工作，负责性能目标和方案设定，目标达成，解决项目过程中的性能问题。
- 负责性能分析报告的审核及反馈，对风险问题进行整改，协助专业部门落实整改方案。
- 负责公司量产车型的性能问题优化提升。
- 负责北美市场法规准入要求。

### 教育与专业
- 全日制统招本科及以上，车辆操控、动力工程、振动噪声等相关专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 8年以上主机厂性能工作经验，必须有北美项目开发落地经历（精通某一市场，经历产品开发全过程，例如概念设计→定点→验证→法规→量产）。

### 专业技能
- 熟练掌握整车产品开发流程，熟悉某一专业领域（NVH/操控等）整车性能开发。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 英文流利，有多元化工作经历，具备执行力、开放性和情绪管理能力。
