## Job description
- 负责合肥研究院所有在研科研项目（如T13系列车型开发、智能网联技术、新能源技术等）的全过程管理，包括立项、计划制定、进度跟踪、风险控制和结题验收。
- 协调跨部门资源，解决项目执行中的技术、资源及协作问题，确保项目按计划高质量推进。
- 对接生产基地，协助解决量产阶段的技术优化、成本控制及生产协同问题，确保研发成果顺利转化为量产产品。
- 推动TD/VE（价值工程）等降本活动在产品中的应用，实现成本优化与性能提升。
- 完善研究院项目管理体系，制定标准化流程和规范，提升项目执行效率和透明度。
- 通过工具（如飞书）优化项目管理流程，减少冗余工作，提升团队协作效率。
- 领导项目团队，负责项目经理的培养、考核与激励，打造高绩效项目管理和执行梯队。
- 强化与集团内部事业部、生产基地及外部合作单位（如高校、供应商）的协作，确保项目需求与成果的有效对接。 1、硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、项目管理等相关专业。 2、15年以上车企或科研机构研发及项目管理经验，熟悉在研在产项目全生命周期管理，具备TD/VE或降本实践经验。 3、精通项目管理方法论，熟悉汽车研发流程，具备技术背景与商业化思维。 4、卓越的多项目并行管理、资源协调和团队领导能力，能高效解决项目执行中的关键问题。 5、高度责任心、抗压能力和解决问题的务实精神，出色的沟通与协调能力。
