## Job description

负责约束系统的整体产品规划与设计； 参与约束系统的研发工作，包括需求分析、技术方案制定及实施； 协调团队资源，推动产品开发进度，确保项目按时完成； 与跨部门团队合作，确保产品的功能实现符合预期目标； 对产品的性能进行优化，提升用户体验； 约束系统产品包含但不限于方向盘、气囊、安全带、气囊控制器等。 第一学历为本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程或相关专业背景； 拥有5-10年汽车研发领域的工作经验，有约束系统产品开发经验者优先； 熟悉约束系统的产品开发流程和技术标准，具备良好的项目管理能力； 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神； 具备创新思维，能够独立解决问题并推动项目进展。
