## Job description
- 负责培训指导生产工人与生产管理人员，提升人员技术水平；
- 负责具备工艺技术质量的调查和分析能力，编制和审核工艺技术质量提升计划和方案；
- 负责产线日常工艺纪律执行情况实施监察并督促整改；
- 负责运用公司相关管理制度和本部门、外部门进行沟通、协调处理工艺质量方面的问题；
- 负责生产过程技术支持及服务，包括对产品质量控制，结合产线过程问题数据统计分析并运用质量工具实施改进；

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计与自动化等专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 8年以上整车装配工艺、质量管理相关岗位经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 客户导向、积极主动、人际理解，有较强得沟通协调能力；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 练操作计算机，会使用Office、CAD、UG等办公和绘图软件，了解PPAP、VDA6、3或TS16949相关体系流程，了解整车综合匹配相关工艺；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
