## Job description
- 负责AI芯片编译器核心模块的设计与开发，包括前端接入、中间表示（IR）构造、优化pass管理与后端代码生成、量化，支撑多种模型到目标AI芯片的高效编译。
- 负责MLIR框架下自定义Dialect的设计与实现，定义面向AI芯片的计算语义与硬件抽象层，提升编译器的可扩展性与表达力，支撑算子融合、量化等优化特性。
- 开发与维护图变换与优化pass，包括算子融合、常量折叠、内存规划、并行调度等，提升整网执行效率。深入算子实现层面，结合硬件特性开展算子级性能优化。
- 负责编译器稳定性与正确性保障，构建测试与回归体系，支撑内部芯片验证及外部客户模型的高效部署落地。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。
- 熟悉LLVM、MLIR或其它主流编译框架，具备实际项目经验；
- 熟悉Triton、Tile Lang、cuTile或者CUDA、OpenCL等异构编程模型和编程语言；
