## Job description

### 前瞻技术研发
- 低寄生电感设计与电磁兼容。
- 高效散热与热管理。
- 先进互连与封装技术（如嵌入、双面冷却）。
- 绝缘与耐压技术。
- 集成驱动、保护和状态监测。
- 多物理场仿真与可靠性设计。
- 新材料应用（SiC、GaN，高频高温）等。

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 电气工程、电子工程、自动化，材料科学，精密仪器设备

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
