## Job description
- 负责技术文件审核对部门各类技术文件、项目节点交付物(可行性分析报告、技术规范、认可点检表、DVP、DFMEA、校核报告等)进行审核；
- 负责专业系统开发计划根据底盘开发流程，编制及维护悬架系统的开发计划，同时审核各项目开发计划的符合性和完整性；
- 负责本专业质量、成本管理，综合各方面要素，平衡系统的质量、成本以及实现难点的推动，推进部门VAVE及质量攻关；
- 负责新技术研究及标准制定、人员培养，根据业务需要，协助高级主任工程师对本专业新技术、标准等及时更新，对员工提供培训，指导组织实施系统内新技术的发展研究及应用，负责系统的法规研究；
- 负责根据部门分工，协助高级经理完成部门相关分管工作。 1、汽车、机械等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、博士毕业后工作满4年以上，或硕士毕业后工作满6年以上；本科毕业后工作满8年以上；或大专毕业后工作满12年以上（必须具有本科及以上学历）产品设计工作经验
