## Job description
- 计划管理 -根据整车目标，制定合理的三电二级开发计划 -跟踪、管控零部件按照计划开展开发工作 -保证开发阶段各零部件按照计划按时交样 -保证项目节点交付物按照计划提交
- 技术方案管理 -依据整车性能、重量等各项目标，协助完成三电整体方案及各零部件方案设计 -跟踪、管理开发过程中系统方案及零部件的设计变更
- 预算管理 -根据三电方案，制定三电开发预算 -跟踪、管理预算使用状况 -保证三电零部件达成整车成本目标
- 质量管理 -保证开发过程中，设计输出文档质量 -保证零部件交样质量 -保证节点交付物满足项目要求
- 问题管理 -解决项目过程中产生的各类问题（包括技术问题） -记录、管理技术问题状态
- 其他 -产线生产跟踪、支持及把控 -三电系统内部及三电对整车其他系统之间的协调工作 -项目信息整理、汇报 1. 熟练使用Office办公软件 2. 良好的沟通能力、多任务处理能力、问题解决能力
