## Job description
- 负责汽车行业头部品牌岗位认证模块的对标及跟踪；
- 负责奇瑞销售服务商岗位认证体系的搭建及持续优化；
- 负责销售服务商岗位认证落地执行（含课程设计、师资评估、认证实施、效果跟进）；
- 负责销售服务商岗位认证效果的持续提升；
- 负责销售服务商岗位认证完成率规范管理的持续改进。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理类相关专业优先；

### 工作经验要求
- 10年以上汽车行业同方向工作经验，有项目统筹管理经验者优先；
- 具备较强的管理意识、客户意识，思维活跃，根据业务需求策划和组织相关业务；
- 具有较强的体系管理能力和行业对标分析能力，并指导各业务模块和终端开展；
- 性格开朗，具备较强的表达、沟通和协调能力，具备较强的学习能力，能承受较大的工作压力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
