## Job description
- 负责新项目外协焊接总成的焊装工艺可行性分析，并给出解决方案；定点完成后，负责夹具图纸会签，跟踪供应商夹具验收及问题整改，跟踪外协总成尺寸符合率提升和MB认可工作；
- 参与项目开发过程问题与其他专业的对接和协调工作（数据边界问题/试制问题等）
- 协助科室经理或部长完成本专业人员梯队的规划并执行；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、自动化以及机电一体化、材料成型等专业。

### 工作经验
- 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年相关工作经验。

### 专业知识
- 主机厂零部件冲压/焊装SE分析或冲焊件供应商相关工作经验。

### 能力要求
- 能独立完成冲压件的成型性分析，并给出解决方案；或焊接总成的工艺可行性分析；
- 熟练运用CATIA/UG/AutoForm相关软件，运用软件进行相关的数据校核，同时熟练运用常用办公软件
