## Job description

1、负责自动泊车、记忆泊车、代客泊车的规划算法开发：负责以搜索决策为主的巡航阶段behavior planning，通过合理设计搜索策略实现不同动静态场景下的行为规划；负责以优化为主的motion planning，通过合理设计问题构建，输出安全鲁棒的动作规划。

### 负责搜索优化为主的自动泊车规划算法 2、实车规划问题分析、定位、优化

快速定位实车规划问题，具备算法层的前瞻意识，开发并优化通用鲁棒的规划算法，解决实车规划的疑难问题
- 负责低速泊车场景（包括但不限于记忆泊车、代客泊车、自动泊车）的Behavior Planning、Motion Planning开发，熟悉常见的自动驾驶规划算法Pipeline
- 熟悉常见的图搜索类算法（A*、混合A*等）及其性能瓶颈分析、优化，熟悉凸优化、非线性优化算法
- 善于通过算法层面更general的解决工程难题，如多智能体交互博弈问题
- 熟悉博弈论、POMDP、MCTS等算法，有能力将其落地并解决智能体交互问题

### 优秀的代码编程能力
- C++、Python
- 有Tier 1决策规划算法开发实习经验者优先，有APA、记忆泊车、代客泊车规划算法开发经验者优先，熟悉时空联合决策规划算法的优先
