## Job description
- 熟悉汽车基本知识、熟悉汽车空调、冷却部件方面的国家/行业标准及动向；具有空调、冷却系统冷却部件部件项目开发过程中较强的时间、质量、成本的开发管理能力；
- 熟悉冷却部件部件性能结构及技术发展趋势
- 熟悉公司的组织架构及各部门职责，各系统的主要业务流程；
- 熟悉公司的整车和空调、冷却系统开发流程；
- 了解IATF16949的指导思想和对产品开发与管理的要求；
- 熟悉产品的质量工具QFD、DOE、汽车行业五大手册（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC） 车辆工程、电子或机电一体化、机械、热能、制冷等专业本科及其以上学历 本科≥5年，硕士≥3年汽车空调、冷却系统设计开发及相关工作经验
