## Job description
- 负责操稳性能整⻋级、系统级和部件级⽬标设定； 2. ⽀持概念/数据阶段动力学仿真分析工作，包括硬点优化，衬套优化，KC&整车操稳仿真等工作； 3. 针对底盘调校的⽅法、流程体系和开发⼯具进⾏开发； 4. 负责底盘精细调校，包括橡胶件，空⽓弹簧，减振器等等的调校; 5. 有效及时地的沟通，包括开发问题、解决⽅案、计划等; 6. 支持ESP开发，轮胎选型等测试工作； 7. ⽀持节点验收，管理层试驾或者媒体试驾等驾评工作； 8.负责操控性能能力建设工作。 1. 7年以上车辆动力学调校开发经验；
- 能接受出差支持现场调校工作；
- 对底盘调校有浓厚的兴趣，愿意深入学习研究；
- 具备良好的驾驶技能、主观评估技能和极限驾驶⽅⾯的经验；
- 对汽⻋动⼒学技术充满热情，能够专注在整车操控和平顺性。
