## Job description

### 根据整车性能需求和开发CMAN，编制悬架系统及结构件开发计划
- 对所负责系统及零部件进行编制和校对，开展设计构想、设计优化、设计验证、设计认可等工作。负责产品节点交付物；
- 悬架结构轻量化材料研究方向、轻量化结构设计。开发零部件设计方案构想和设计优化工作。搭建3D数据和编制2D图纸；
- 按照标准和规范，编制产品DVP，策划设计验证工作。整改设计验证过程中问题并合格；
- 按照产品外协件开发流程，负责相关报告编制、校对，完成设计认可报告确认和归档；
- 按照产品设计/过程变更建议单,开展产品变更工作验证工作并协助完成切换。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械、材料相关专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 从事汽车底盘结构设计工作经验，本科≥4年，硕士≥2年；

### 专业知识
- ①掌握汽车构造、汽车理论，汽车悬架方面的国家/行业标准； ②掌握机械原理、机械设计、机械工程材料、公差配合、测量等相关专业知识，PDCA、8D等问题分析工具； ③掌握汽车底盘轻量化设计理论和方法，熟悉汽车动力学分析方法； ④熟练使用CATIA 建模和绘图模块； ⑤掌握零部件设计规范、设计标准。

### 能力要求
- 执行力强、善于思考、关注细节、团队意识强、能培养人。掌握沟通技巧，很好的与其他人员进行沟通。身心健康，乐观向上。
