## Job description
- 负责空调面板、无线充电、座舱助手等产品需求梳理、产品定义和平台化开发指导；
- 负责空调面板、无线充电、座舱助手等产品中长期技术规划、基础/核心能力建设，专业技术能力负责人；
- 负责空调面板、无线充电、座舱助手等产品新技术、新材料开发策略的制定、研究。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；汽车、机电一体化、电气工程及自动化、测控技术与仪器、电子、材料化学、机械电子、车辆工程等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年及以上相关经验,并具备5年以上主机厂座舱电子、空调面板供应商、显示屏厂开发工作经验、熟悉空调系统或触摸屏、触摸开关面板等零部件，等主机厂电子电器零部件开发工程师工作经历者优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 乐于沟通，能清晰的阐述观点，责任心强，有较好的自主学习探索能力。有一定的兴趣爱好，具备一定的抗压能力。

### 软件能力
- 具备使用CAD、CAITA软件的操作能力。
