## Job description
- 熟练操作计算机办公软件，能使用CAD无UG、CATIA等软件；
- 能起草、审阅工艺及质量相关的制度文件并根据现状编制可行性很强的阶段性计划；
- 有较强的决策能力，能根据现状对问题拿出正确的决定；
- 熟知公司各文件的编写格式，能编制各种文件（包括工艺文件）、材料；
- 有较强解决问题的能力，能独自解决难度较大的质量问题；
- 有一定的组织协调能力，能组织工艺员对部门内生产工艺进行管理。 1.3年及以上焊装工艺工作经验； 2.参与过新工厂建设项目，并负责过至少1款全新车型的工艺工艺开发工作； 3.掌握并能熟练使用PCATIA/CAD等软件； 4.熟悉掌握尺寸链分析； 5.抗压能力较强、能吃苦耐劳、易沟通。
