## Job description
- 负责智能开闭系统软件开发过程中，各个关键节点的评审和决策，包括版本KO、功能需求东结、版本功能交付、版本发布等。
- 负责保证开发过程信息透明、发布流程规范，从而保证智能开闭系统软件的交付质量
- 功能和用户体验由软件承载，负责功能的高质量交付。
- 负责电机控制器自主开发，包括硬件、控制策略、控制算法、功能开发（含功能安全）、底层软件、应用层软件）等开发、软件及功能测试、台架及整车标定等。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程，机电或电子，软件等相关专业；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，了解CANoe等软件
- 有C语言或其他软件使用经验优先等相关知识优先；
- 强烈的上进心和求知欲，较强的学习能力和沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神；
- 能承受较强工作压力，具备责任心、团队意识、服务意识和创新.
