## Job description
- 利用上海属地优势，通过江浙沪供应商、高校、行业峰会等进行共创并深度研究；
- 通过Gartner研究未来技术趋势
- 协同搭建上海开阳技术洞察与规划业务流程体系，建立从扫描、评估到规划的标准化工作流；
- 开展技术成熟度（TRL）评估、战略匹配度与商业价值评判，推动内外部对齐；
- 牵头技术洞察全生命周期闭环管理，推动技术从洞察到预研到工程应用的转化；

### 生源资质
- 本科/硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件等相关专业优先。

### 综合能力
- 具备良好的沟通表达、团队协作能力，具有较强的学习能力、协调能力和多任务处理能力

### 工作态度
- 积极进取，适应快节奏研发环境，乐于接受新事物
