### 需求体验管理和评价
- 用户需求收集，共创，洞察分析；
- 需求评审，体验方案转化和编制PRD文档；
- 体验定义和方案细化，和专业对齐颗粒度，参与专业的工程落地全周期。
- 体验评价和验收。
- 体验唯一性清单管理，推进体验问题闭环。" "1、生源资质：硕士及以上学历。 2、专业要求：汽车、计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业等相关专业。 3、证书要求：能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。 4、在校表现：党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 5、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。"
