## Job description

### 项目管控

负责牵头编制部门项目计划并滚动管理；对整车项目部门开发进行目标管理，节点报告整理；协助领导对项目进度、质量、成本等控制，识别开发风险并提前预警；对内协调内部资源，确保车身各专业工作有序开展；把控项目计划，及时识别风险并预警，保证项目进度与质量；对外承接项目任务，协调公司内外部资源，满足车身系统设计开发工作； 项目交付物审核：负责部门输出物质量控制、评审组织。

### 教育与专业

大学本科及以上学历，汽车、通信、电子等理工科专业； 英语能力：口语流利，书写精通； 工作经验：具备同一层级岗位（或低一层级、同类别专业的岗位）工作经历，从事车身设计开发工作10年以上，至少参与两个整车项目的设计开发工作； 技能要求：能够熟练操作CATIA等三维设计软件及Office办公软件，能熟练使用TC数据管理系统；熟悉汽车开发流程及相关法规；熟悉车身及内外饰材料、制造工艺； 素质要求：具备良好的团队合作精神；具备优秀的沟通、组织与解决问题能力；具备较好的项目管理经验。
