## Job description
- 参与处理案件/项目、合同会签、合同审查。
- 协助处理特定类型的法务事务。
- 协助处理法律咨询和各类诉讼及事务

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，法学专业，通过法律职业资格考试者优先；有律所、企业法务实习经历者优先。
- 掌握民商法、合同法、公司法等核心法律领域的基础知识
- 具备合同审查的基本能力，能识别常见法律风险点
- 了解诉讼流程及基本程序规则
- 具备法律文书写作能力，能起草、修改合同及法律意见
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长文档整理与归档管理
