## Job description
- 负责AI芯片编译器及配套工具链的设计与实现，基于LLVM/MLIR等框架进行前端接入、中间表示优化及后端代码生成，提升芯片的编译效率与算子性能；
- 深入分析NPU/GPU硬件架构特性，面向计算、存储、带宽等资源进行软硬件协同优化，充分挖掘芯片算力潜力，提升关键算子在典型模型上的性能表现；
- 设计与实现高效的Kernel实现及运行时系统，支撑主流AI框架在芯片上的高效部署与执行；
- 主导工具链技术路线规划与架构演进，支撑内部芯片验证及客户项目落地，解决复杂的编译与性能问题，提升工具链的易用性与交付质量； 1. 计算机科学，软件工程，计算机体系结构等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 8年以上工具链研发经验，精通C/C++/Python等编程语言，熟悉LLVM/MLIR等开源编译框架； 3. 熟悉计算机体系结构，深刻理解NPU/GPU硬件架构及计算特性，具备芯片软硬件协同优化经验； 4. 深入理解Triton或者CUDA、OpenCL等异构编程模型，具备实际项目研发经验； 5. 深入理解AI模型在端侧的完整部署流程，具备端到端部署优化实践经验；
