## Job description
- 搜集整理汽车整车搭载小电机（除驱动电机外）的功率、尺寸、应用环境要求、供应商相关信息；
- 分析制订小电机整合的策略，形成小电机型谱规划（减少电机品种），能够囊括目前及后续电机产品的需求；
- 核算整合电机的成本，计算整合后受益；
- 整合策略通过后，负责整合电机的开发、验证，系统匹配；
- 沟通并制定小电机的应用管理机制；
- 新开发零部件中小电机应用的确认及审批；
- 实现电机软件自研开发能力，能够应用于整车量产；
- 配合采购中心，实现电机3-5家的资源规划；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上，机械、电子、控制等专业；

### 工作经验
- 10年及以上电机产品应用开发经验；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉电机结构、原理及关键参数；熟悉电机生产工艺；具体电机成本核算能力，了解电机发展趋势；

### 能力要求
- 良好的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力。
