## Job description
- 负责各自所辖区域各项业务数据的整理和分析，并制定改进和提升计划，追踪实施效果；
- 承接年度备件/精品销售指标并达成；
- 承接年度JDP指标/月度CSI等指标并达成；
- 负责售后服务相关舆情的监控、跟进及改善，客诉（包括重大客诉）的跟进及处理；
- 负责管理销售服务商服务能力，结合新能源用户特点，形成管理标准文件并监督执行完毕；
- 协助服务经理处理区域相关工作。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车类、机械电子类、运输类等相关专业

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 20、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
