## Job description

### 承接产品定义，提升模具质量，降低开发成本，协助项目QCD目标达成
- 负责所辖模具的开发管理及验收工作，组织制定模具技术文件；
- 负责DFM分析及模具设计评审，对模具质量、进度、成本总体推进，及时暴露开发风险，主动推进解决；
- 推动相关部门及供应商协作，解决重大工艺问题，促进目标有效达成；
- 了解汽车内外饰件工艺及模具结构的前沿技术，及时在新项目上使用；
- 总结模具开发过程中的经验，并形成正式的培训材料进行分享。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历，机械设计、模具等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年及以上汽车内外饰模具开发经验；

### 专业知识
- 精通塑料膜具结构，熟悉内外饰模块零部件典型结构、熟练使用UG、Catia、Moldflow等工程软件；

### 能力要求
- 具有较强的协调和组织能力、热爱学习，团结进取。
