## Job description
- 建立KOC/KOS规模、培训、赋能体系，打造用户传播矩阵，KOC荣誉/线索/任务机制
- 构建官方与自发双轮驱动的车友会体系，通过区域联动、活动 IP 化与物料激励机制，自发车友会扶持、赞助、活动IP化
- 以之家/懂车等用户口碑阵地为核心，通过职场、科技、亲子、运动等圈层内容与跨界合作，实现口碑深耕与圈层破圈的双轮驱动传播
- 通过车主推荐、试驾邀请、二级转介绍与场景化任务激励，打造持续带来高意向线索的用户裂变增长机制。
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告或相关专业。
- 8年以上用户传播相关工作经验，
- 必须具备汽车行业或高端消费品行业等用户传播的成功经验
