- 负责热管理系统开发；
- 负责充电桩热管理系统架构开发流程编制；
- 负责充电桩热管理系统架构开发规范编制；
- 负责人员培养（师带徒≥3人）。

### 学历
- 动力工程、热能和传能、控制工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；

### 市场洞悉
- 深度了解国内汽车零部件热管理开发策略、性能开发目标、热管理CFD仿真开发等；

### 实践经验
- 在汽车热管理系统领域有丰富的实际调试和仿真得经验，8年以上国内及海外汽车设计行业的工作经验，有充电系统热管理产品的开发经验优先；
