## Job description
- 支持汽车概念的创建:架构，设计，性能要求，制定技术方案来解决实际问题；
- 会设计，做过外饰零部件的开发；
- 建立产品和工艺开发的详细可行性，创建和确定产品的技术规范；
- 控制供应商以确保产品和工艺的开发，准备验证和工业化;
- 确认产品和调试流程，完成生产准备工作以支持整车上市；
- 跨专业沟通与协调(工艺，质量，采购，总布置，造型、性能，HMI等)，以支持整车性能交付；
- 质量门及数据状态审查以确保每个交付品都符合质量要求；
- 按照公司项目要求管控外饰零部件开发,负责管理供应商的交付,控制开发进度,评估开发风险,确保项目交付质量。

### 教育与专业
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 硕士3年、本科5年以上；
- 熟悉汽车OEM的设计和发布流程；
- 熟悉外饰系统结构和生产技术(模具、工装等)的详细知识；
- 具有实物和虚拟验证经验，熟悉DVP编制及了解相关标准；
- 了解CAE仿真工具，熟练掌握CAD软件操作 (CATIA)；
- 具备良好的项目管理、协调沟通能力及良好的供应商管理能力；
- 能适应项目出差，在较大压力下工作；
