## Job description
- 负责集团热管理架构平台开发，技术方案评审，质量攻关等；
- 主控公司热管理模块架构前沿开发，主导项目设计、研发及配合量产；热管理核心模块方案选型和决策；根据热仿真结果，分析和验证试验方案，指导热管理开发设计；
- 洞察国内外市场和技术发展趋势，收集、汇总标杆及竞争对手信息，分析标杆及竞争对手的产品优势劣势及发展动态。
- 全日制本科及以上学历， 211及以上双一流大学
- 能源与动力工程、流体力学、制冷等相关专业；工作经验20年以上，其中知名热管理企业工作年限不低于10年
- 具有丰富的整车研发特别是热管理架构开发经验；管理热管理技术研发团队，至少作为整车项目主要研发负责人参与领导2个以上量产项目
- 熟悉新能源汽车整车开发流程、核心技术及相应技术路线；精通热管理架构定义、架构模块化和架构设计验证技术
