- 负责人员培养（师带徒≥3人）。

### 学历
- 电力电子、自动化、控制工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；

### 市场洞悉
- 深度了解国内及海外充电桩技术路线，使用场景、用户需求等；

### 实践经验
- 在充电系统领域有丰富的实际调试和解决问题的经验，5年以上国内及海外充电系统设计行业的工作经验，有电源功率产品的开发或欧标充电桩设计经验优先；

### 核心能力
- 具备国内及海外充电系统开发设计经验，熟练掌握国内及海外充电系统的相关标准，熟练掌握各种零部件的功能要求、通讯原理和使用场景要求等；

### 工程落地能力
- 较强的协调、推动及执行力，保障项目或设计按节点落地；
