## Job description
- 负责项目资源管理、项目进度管理，制定项目计划、预算并协调和促进项目顺利完成；
- 根据整车一级开发计划制定风险可控的智驾二级开发计划；
- 协调资源保证智驾系统各节点交付物及开发目标顺利达成；
- 负责项目开发团队建设，协调项目运作中的问题

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上OEM及Trie1智驾产品管理及交付经验（至少1个完整OEM智驾项目开发管理经验）；

### 能力要求
- （1）熟悉OEM智驾系统开发流程，保证智驾产品在整车上顺利落地； （2）具备优秀的计划制定、统筹、及风险管控能力； （3）具备优秀的沟通、协调及表达能力； （4）有责任心，进取心，能承受较大的工作压力。
