## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责国际ESG（环境、社会和治理）战略的制定与实施，确保符合国际汽车行业标准和法规要求。
- 跟踪并分析国际电池法案、碳相关法规及合规要求，为公司提供合规建议和解决方案。
- 协调内部各部门，推动ESG项目在国际市场的落地与执行，提升公司国际形象。
- 建立并维护与国际ESG相关机构、组织的合作关系，推动公司可持续发展目标的实现。

### 任职要求
- 具备ESG、可持续发展或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉国际汽车行业ESG标准。
- 了解国际电池法案、碳相关法规及合规要求，具备合规管理经验者优先。
- 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够与国际机构、合作伙伴进行有效交流。
- 具备较强的项目协调能力和团队合作精神，能够推动跨部门项目的实施。
