## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据整车目标，分解MCU功能目标；
- 负责MCU控制器系统架构制定，并将系统架构转化成逆变器、控制板、驱动板、充配电等模块的具体系统要求；
- 负责定义MCU控制器硬件逻辑框图和软件架构；
- 负责制定EMC技术方案；
- 负责MCU技术方案审核；

### 电驱动产品MCU竞争力分析； 任职资格
- 1. 电机、电力电子、电气传动、电气自动化相关专业，研究生及以上学历; 2. 5年以上工作经验，具有多合一电驱动项目经验; 3. 熟悉异步电机、永磁同步电机控制基本的硬件结构和驱动原理; 4. 熟悉电机控制器系统功能及性能需求，熟悉功能安全及信息安全设计需求，熟练使用Matlab等分析工具； 5. 精通纯电动车用主驱电机控制器系统构架，具备将系统构架转化为系统需求设计能力； 6. 从事过车载主驱电机控制器的系统或硬件设计、开发、调试工作者优先; 7. 良好的沟通和协作能力,良好的团队合作精神;
