## Job description
- 负责多功能喷涂实验室规划、管理及相关工作策划，孵化实验成果，推动新技术产业化；
- 负责建立奇瑞先进制造技术创新开发能力和开发流程体系；
- 负责规划培育降本增效的制造新技术，推动新技术衍生应用；

### 负责涂装工艺和喷涂设备自研项目的开发、测试等； 、教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，涂料工程、涂装防护技术专业、涂装工艺及设备、机械设计及自动化及相关专业； 2、工作经验要求：社招，5年及以上汽车涂装工艺及材料开发相关工作经验； 3、职业素养要求：熟悉涂装工艺及设备、工艺与设备管理及维护、喷涂仿形的修改及测试、工艺验证； 4、特殊资格/条件要求：无；
