## Job description
- 维护内部技术支持系统,及时答复技术咨询以及进行保修预审批；
- 提供现场技术支持、总结维修案例、优化维修方案,更新培训内容；
- 负责制定终端技术管理和技术能力提升规划；
- 掌握新产品技术信息,输出相应的新产品新技术培训计划；
- 编写培训教材,进行培训教材内容验证,实施技术培训；
- 负责疑难技术问题的解决,远程诊断管理兼任线上技术类问询闭环；
- 负责持续提升门店技术能力,发布TPI,跟踪市场技术活动落地。 1.本科及以上学历; 2.6年以上售后服务技术工作经历; 3.具备整车诊断、混动或电动汽车的诊断技术; 4.熟悉4S店维修管理及沟通能力; 5.熟练使用Office办公软件,具备技术文件编写能カ。
