## Job description
- 质量机制建设与优化:制定Quality Loop活动实施方案和推广计划，推动建立产品质量活动的开展机制，包括质量策划、质量控制、质量保证等环节，

### 质量监督与评价
- 作为"督军"角色，对项目过程中的质量活动,如SOR、DMFEA、特殊特性等开展情况进行监督和评价，建立质量评价指标体系，定期发布质量开展状态报告，对质量活动的评价问题进行跟踪闭环，

### 技术指导与支持
- 为团队提供质量相关的技术指导和专业支持，组织开展质量相关的培训和经验分享活动，
- 持续改进:基于Quality Loop活动实施效果，识别产品质量管理的改进机会，并监控落地。

### 学历要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、质量管理等相关专业，

### 工作经验
- 5年以上汽车产品质量管理或相关领域工作经验，

### 专业资质
- 具备IATF 16949内审员、六西格玛绿带/黑带等认证者优先，

### 核心能力要求
- 质量管理能力：熟悉汽车产品质量管理流程，掌握APQP、PPAP、FMEA等质量工具 问题解决能力：具备较强的质量问题分析能力，能够运用8D、5Why等工具进行根本原因分析 沟通协调能力：能够有效协调跨部门资源，推动质量问题的解决 数据分析能力：能够运用统计工具对质量数据进行分析，识别质量趋势和改进机会 项目管理能力：能够独立负责质量改进项目的策划和实施

### 知识要求
- 熟悉汽车产品质量标准和要求，掌握汽车产品开发流程及质量控制要点。
