## Job description
- 负责匹配SE分析；
- 负责SE阶段尺寸链校核，并对数据结构进行改进；
- 负责匹配工作策划；
- 负责现场匹配工作开展；
- 负责综合匹配类问题的分析和推进；
- 负责匹配质量目标的达成。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历；汽车、机械、工业工程；

### 工作经验要求
- 8年或以上匹配相关工作经验；

### 相关技能要求
- 熟悉产品开发流程； 熟悉新产品质量控制思路和工作方法； 熟悉汽车构造、冲压、焊装、装配工艺等专业知识； 会使用二维尺寸链计算，并能够对达不成匹配要求的部位进行改进分析并提出建议； 熟练使用数据分析软件，对测量是数据的6sigma、PP、PPK等进行分析，并可以指导现场实施匹配改进。
