## Job description

### 负责试制车身外观匹配、焊接工艺等相关工作
- 根据试制阶段特点，策划车身外观匹配相关工作。组织车身样件、车身工艺、生产、装调等各模块按匹配要求开展工作，并达成车身外观匹配要求。
- 车身焊接分序、审核并指导工装开发。
- 焊接工艺文件编制并跟踪达成符合率等质量指标。
- 设计验证及工艺验证问题提出并跟踪关闭。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；尺寸工程、材料成型及控制工程、机械设计、焊接等专业。

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上相关经验,并具备3年以上主机厂或者相关零部件厂匹配相关工作经验。熟悉车身匹配方法、公差分析方法、车身焊接工艺等。

### 能力要求
- 责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强。
