## Job description
- 质量管理支持 1.1 跟进质量问题整改进度，定期汇总并更新问题清单，确保闭环管理； 1.2 依据质量标准对阶段性交付物进行符合性检查，输出检查记录与改进建议。
- 流程体系搭建与管理 2.1 协助梳理、编写及优化部门业务流程与管理制度，推动体系标准化落地； 2.2参与流程执行情况的监控与评估，提出优化方案并跟踪落实。 会议统筹与文档管理
- 其他交办事务 3.1 根据上级安排，参与专项任务或临时性工作，保障部门运营效率。 1. 熟练使用Office办公软件 2. 细致、耐心，良好的沟通能力、多任务处理能力、归纳总结能力，较强的责任心
